Typhoon LUPIT(cruel) will endangered the Northern Philippines
October 17, 2009 (N.A.S.A. Satellite Photo Image) (Manila, Philippines -1800H) Philippines will again experiencing a super typhoon, but now it has a different story. The Typhoon Lupit is considered doubled compared to Typhoon Melor. Government officials and foreign affiliates, stationed at Northern Philippines for the Pre-Disaster evaluations and measures. 
The Rescue team from Armed Forces Of the Philippines (AFP) and the local government affected is now preparing for the evacuation centers and relief goods. Philippines is now under rehabilitation and unfortunately it will result to nothing. Residents in all danger zones are asked to leaved and prepare for the typhoon.
